Nearly
10 years ago an important poet/filmmaker
passed away in Germany. However he
is barely known in English speaking
countries although he was born in the USA
and his father born in the UK.
George Moorse died in Germany
in 1999. Post-WW2
German cinema owes a great deal to
George Moorse - who inspired Germany's
sights and sounds about themselves.. It's time the Brits
and Yanks learn every thing they can
about him. |

one of the better Philly poets in that
bleak slum, helps ULA to bring a modicum
of joy and
fun to the old capital Philadelphia
where nearly none exists. |
